My 5 top tips for working from home and staying sane!

Working from home sounds fun and relaxed, but the reality is it can actually be very distracting and quite frustrating. There’s always something that needs to be done in the house.  I really think if you’re working from home and need to stick to a plan, a routine is crucial. Block out time for other things that you need to get done like house work, but try to stick to normal office hours while in the house. Then pack up at end of day the way you would if you were leaving the office. You then free up your mind to concentrate on dinner, family and the evening ahead - and enjoy.✔️clear and organise your space⁣

✔️use a task planner to set out your day and list actions⁣

✔️block out time for exercise, lunch & house work⁣

✔️turn off off your phone to get your tasks done (if you can)⁣

✔️if you do not have a study or home office, pack away your laptop at end of day, and invest in different containers for different tasks so you can pack away in an organised manner - and bring out then next morning⁣
